The Process
1. ESTIMATE
One of our project managers will discuss the needs and requirements of your project, and likely schedule a complementary site visit. We will go over measurements, budget, project time frame and your vision for the product.
2. DESIGN AND CONCEPT
During this stage, our designers, and project managers will work out and present to you the design and ideas for the finished project. We will work with you to select products, discuss finishes and materials, as well as take any changes, suggestions and modifications to make your project truly yours.
3. CONSTRUCTION
This is where we bring your dreams to life! Once the design phase is complete, and the approval contracts are settled we will pull all the necessary permits and begin the building process. We take extra steps to ensure that your home is protected from the construction and demolition process. We will communicate with you though out the process to make this phase as care free and on point as possible.
4. INSPECTION
In addition to timely updates on the project status, we conduct a walk-through by the end of the project. Here we will prepare a final punch list of any tasks not yet completed and finish the job to your satisfaction.
