I am writing to extend my heartfelt compliments and kudos for Chris, your plumber, who came to my mother-in-law’s house to fix a minor problem with her Moen kitchen faucet handle’
The problem for me started when I was unable to locate the $4 repair part and the mother in law was quite adamant about it getting fixed right then. I called Admiral at a little after 6pm when Lori answered the call and
scheduled someone to handle the repair. Chris showed as I was told between 11 and 1 at about 12:30 or so. He looked at the faucet, tried to get the part
from his truck which. He even tried to get it from the supplier whoresarer of
from his truck which he did not have any in stock. I then pleaded my case to Chris as to the importance of the part being located. I asked if he knew of anywhere, including Miami, where I could go get it. Chris located the part at Wool Plumbing Supply. It saved
day for me.
